It's heavily implied that the female companion of Ash in the 20th Pokemon movie is the daughter of Cynthia. Her English name is Verity (as in Lake Verity from Sinnoh), she's from Twinleaf Town and her starter is a Piplup. I think I also read somewhere that she doesn't want to give into the pressure of being a great Pokemon Trainer, being the Champion's daughter and all. Needless to say, I dislike the idea of Cynthia having a kid.

it's a rumor from movie 20 where the makoto girl was shown having a flashback about her mother who was blond and had a haircut similar to Cynthia( cannot see face or much at all). It's by no means confirmed or mentioned to be Cynthia though

Except almost all of them have been mentioned in the show or are directly story linked to ones that have been meaning they must be too.
