Do You Have a Pokemon You Can't Help but Use on Teams?

As you but in vgc I use it almost in every team! Counters Koko, burn Kartana alive and also immune to fake out. In trick room he literally rules above so many pokemon.

Even on my AG team I have it shoehorned in there with no team synergy. I just love it.

In PU I could run an Autotomize set, but I have to slap a Choice Scarf in it there. Predicting Kyogre switch ins with Freeze Dry is wonderful.

I don't know why, but for some reason I always end up with an azumaril. I don't even like it. It's just always there. I don't remember ever catching it. I don't know why.

There's a few that i have a hard time breaking away from. Hydreigon works as a solid, all-around elemental damage dealer. Defensively it might cause synergy issues, but its great on offense.

A-Marowak is quickly becoming another, for exactly what you listed, OP. It synergizes extremely well with a lot. Patches up holes in your team super easily.

Outside of starters I never use a Pokemon a second time unless something changes with it significantly. Gardevoir with it's Mega fell into that, but I hadn't used one for ten years.

I just feel like its a waste to not use a different one each time, but I do have to resist the temptation to use Crobat each game.

Pretty sure Heatran has made his way onto every single OU team I've had since I started playing competitive. He's just the epitome of "glue".

I cant help but use multi scale dragonite on my teams, its a nice filler. other mons I love to use are sheer force scarfed nidoking and aqua jet golisopod

There was a time in gen 6 where I was addicted to using a sap sipper azumarill in all my teams and looked constantly for games in which the opponent had a serperior.

I eventually overcame that phase but nowadays I just cannot bring myself to make an OU team without a-marowak. I feel like It switches into literally every electric type on the tier and many other threats, it's too good not to use it.

Not a pokemon, but I find it seriously hard to build a team without boomburst in there somewhere, which often results in stupid shit like using Chatot in OU or special-attacking Flygon
