Strictly speaking it's not really rhydon, at least not exactly as we know it, it's just the generic kaiju shape from where a lot of gen 1 pokemon (rhydon, kangaskhan, nidoking...) derive from. Rhydon was the first fully fleshed out concept to originate from it and the one that resembles it the most.
