Since it's ULTRA Sun and Moon, I think the Ultra Beast takeover that happens towards the end of SM will happen earlier, and we'll be fighting an Ultra Beast boss on each island.

Necrozma + Ultra Beasts.
Necrozma somehow brought Ultra Beasts into our world. Combines with Box Legendaries at end of the game to reverse the process and stop the wormholes.
Necrozma is combined by team white or whatever their name was. You catch Necrozma at white team's base island.
