I'm playing Pokemo Emerald in my DS (with the battery changed). Is there a way to access to the Southern Island? I need to catch Latios and Latias got unlock the Watmel and Durin berries from the berry master's lady.

Im pretty sure Latios and Latias where event mons, or maybe 1 was in game and the other was event only.

you'll get latios/latias depending on the color you pick after beating the elite 4. for southern island, you'll need an eon ticket, which you can get by either using the ereader and scanning it (no clue if that works on ds) or mix records with a cart that has it
