It's like claiming Blaziken was the shillmon of gen 3 just because it gets everything first. It was the first hoene starter to be revealed. But sceptile was patiently waiting in the back to Jack it's spotlight.

And even in XY. Blaziken got it's mega first and made an appearance in the anime a lot. But at the end. So kid named shota choosed a treecko and they processed to him into the main cast. While Blaziken was now in the background as a side character, possibly even fodder.

The point is. That dog got it's focus episode, and thurnd into this strange Carrotroc. That's it's shilling already. That's it. Give it about a few m Kk 're episodes.
