I use pkmncards, and then waifu2x on its highest noise removal setting to get rid of the annoying edge artifacting and block compression. Sometimes I run a card through waifu2x twice, on medium and then highest, and then add back detail to the card lost from the highest setting.

Just a quick color job to see how it came out. Fixed the right wrist, and some other minor curves but overall the linework was a huge help.

Zoned out mid edit and gave her sleeves by mistake because i was accidentally making it into a leotard.
Might just finish that version up ayways because I like the idea.

I could give it a shot at least but i'd need two thing from you first. First, a bigger ref of the swimsuit you want. The pic you linked is way to small for me to see most of the details. All i can see is there is a titled pink and white stripes pattern with some extra cloth/frills on top of the bikini top.

The 2nd thing is not big but it'd be nice to have a ref of Wickes offical art without her heels. Otherwise I'll just keep the heals on when i do the bikini
