Giratina in his movie made portals to get out of his dimension. The first portal he created was inside the lake. Lakes contain Water. Swampert is a Water type. In Giratina's movie the ice was gonna destroy the Flowers and a city. Flowers are on land. Aggron lives on land. In Giratina's movie there was a girl who was a Psychic. Xatu is Psychic. Giratina's abilities can create fires. Typhlosion is Fire type.

Lampent glows because of the fire inside it. Rayquaza in the Destiny Deoxys movie was seen flying through an Aurora which glows. Aipom can learn Thunder which unsurprisingly Glows. Swampert can learn Ice Beam which for some reason Glows (In the Anime). Salamance can learn Fire Blast which Glows. Samurott can learn Ice Beam which Glows (see Swampert). Porygon2 is in the evolution line of Porygon which is infamous for the glowing multicolored lights that caused seizures for Epileptic People. Greninja can learn Ice Beam which glows (see Swampert). Vikavolt is an Electric Type, Electric Type moves glow.
