I have adhd, and I have a hard time focusing on one thing at a time. I want to train my pokemon to be battle-ready, breed for MORE battle-ready pokemon, and shiny hunt at the same time. how do i focus on one thing, pls hlp

inject. spend the rest of your free time battling. done.
unless you have autism, then just masuda method and run around in circles for hundreds of hours getting shinies and perfect stats. maybe pick certain days to work on breeding for stats/movepools and other days on breeding for shinies.
