ITT: Pokemon that nobody likes.

Every Pokemon fills a niche. Every Pokemon has a fan.
>>33248928
pls no bully the snowflake
>>33248971
yes
>>33248928
Logically impossible.
You haven't met everyone in the World and know what they like or dislike
Every Pokemon has a fan and at least 1 Person that collects its merchandise.
I think Cryogonal is fucking rad.
I caught a shiny one the first time I saw one.
If only they did not give it a shit movepool so more people would like it, as they see it sucks competitively or what not...
>>33248971
I was genuinely surprised to find out it ranked as Japan's least popular Pokemon. It's always been one of my favorites, and I generally don't like fire types.
>>33248959
>Cryogonal will never understand
gets me every time
>>33248928
>>33248933
>>33248971
>>33249036
I like all these.
>>33248928
It's one of my favorites tbqh. Tied with with Regice, Articuno, and Avalugg as favorite Ice-type.
>>33249713
the only people that like incineroar are shitposters and contrarians
>>33248971
Hot Monkay Dik
>>33249814
Ever since I saw this image I've thought simisear is pretty rad
I got tepig first thing and simisage is so ugly
>>33248928
Cryogonal was my speedy dragon killer in a gen of too many mediocre dragons!
I'm sure some dumbass contrarian will say they like it, but it's literally just a balloon.
>>33248928
these threads always have somebody saying "i hate this" just to fuck with the thread, but i hate cryogonal because of how annoying it is in smash run
>>33250634
I want to fuck it.
>>33249043
> I think Cryogonal is fucking rad.
> I caught a shiny one the first time I saw one.
That explains it.
Utterly dull.
GameFreak literally admitted to only creating this waste of space because they realized late in development that they didn't have enough Pokemon that could be found while fishing.
>>33250937
best fish
Any takers on these two? They're such afterthoughts. Huntail looks dopey as fuck, and Gorebyss is just ugly.
>>33250957
A wild special snowflake appeared!
>>33250634
It's actually my favorite gen 4 mon
>>33250968
I'll take them both.
>>33248959
I immediately heard this being read by the narrator from Look Around You.
>Thanks, Cryogonal. Thryogonal.
>>33250908
I like it. I'll never ever use one, but I like it.
>>33250634
I genuinely like Drifblim a lot. It's cool and kind of cute in its own weird way. And I love Ghost types.
Only
>>33251387
(No idea what that "Only" is about.)
There is no reason to
>>33250634
I used it in a platinum play through what a bro
>>33250968
Gorebyss is meant to be creepy; and I love the idea of a deep sea water type with 114 base special attack
>>33249744
Nah, I like it because it was fun to use.
>>33248928
>>33252692
Dam, you beat me to it anon kun.
But,...thanks
This piece of shit
>>33250937
Was just about to post this
I don't think I've ever caught one because why would I
>>33250908
i love it
>>33254484
Hey I like it, but I keep seeing a lot of people hating on this guy.
>>33248959
I WANNA KNOW WHAT LOVE IS
>>33248928
Cryogonal is my signature Pokemon
you noob
>>33248928
actually i like it
>>33248928
>making a thread that invites contrarians.
You could name any deviant art piece of shit pokemon and someone would claim it's the coolest, and it's their pokebro.
>>33249744
What >>33252583 said, Incineroar made me realize just how fun the move U-Turn is.
I think half of my team had U-Turn by the end of Sun, with my Vikavolt knowing Volt Switch as well.
Once Intimidate gets released I might try it as a slow-ass pivot in lower tiers.
>>33250634
Dont bully Drifblim
Is disliking Incineroar a meme or something? It really isn't that bad
>>33250937
Bought pre-owned White the other day, save file had a lv 100 Basculin in the party. Who would train such a shitmon.
>>33250908
A friend of mine used it Regionals and did pretty well with Intimidate and Trick Room.
If you ever want to mess with people in VGC, bring something obscure and no one will know what it can do.
>>33248933
>>33248990
nice to see people with a brain still browse here
>>33256652
It has no stats above 100. It doesn't even have speed low enough to work well with Trick Room.
Your friend got lucky, or faced shitty opponents.
>>33250968
They're meant to be knock-offs of Gyarados and Milotic, anon.
>>33256913
>I don't know how to use Pokémon with a BST lower than 500, so you'd have to be lucky to do well with one
Clefable, Klefki, Quagsire, Medicham, and Smeargle are all good despite not having a stat above 100.
Although thinking back to it, it may have been Gravity instead of Trick Room. I'll have to ask him again.
>>33249008
Is there a single Pokemon that has no merchandise?
>>33249744
I like him because I like pro wrestling. In the end it doesn't mean much because I like all three Alola starters.
>>33250796
I love how out of all the things they could have thrown into Smash Run they picked him.
>>33248959
If it's in USUM I'll definitively train the little guy.
>>33257595
Don't strawman - I never said that Pokemon need a BST of 500 to be good.
Stantler is a BAD Pokemon whichever way you slice it, though. Unlike the Pokemon you listed, it doesn't have the right spread, moveset or typing to do well. Hell, Stoutland is objectively better, and even it isn't very good.
Gravity makes even less sense than Trick Room. I'll say it again: your friend was either lucky, or faced shitty opponents. And I seriously question his judgement for using Stantler in the first place.
>>33254402
>not liking peeko
>>33259191
If it weren't for the fact you need that boat i'd gladly just let Team Aqua have that shitty thing. It's not like Mr Briney can't just go catch one of the billion wingull that infest hoenn
>>33258773
You know what else those mons have in common? A good ability. Intimidate is one of the best abilities in doubles. And Stantler is the only Pokémon that gets both Intimidate and Trick Room.
I guess that one guy with the Pachirisu was just facing shitty opponents all the way to the world championship. It doesn't matter if a mom doesn't "have the right spread" as long as it has a niche then a good player can use it well. You see weird mons winning tournaments all the time. That's because everyone was expecting stuff like CHALK and seeing something obscure throws them off. Unpredictability is an effective tool to use.
>>33250937
I think they went for a crazy old guy look, they look like pirates
>>33257777
Low poly count.
Still a great pick, much more interesting than the awfully boring pokeball mon picks
>>33250937
Crips and Bloods needed representation in a game based on America.
