I like Empoleon but I hate steel 2nd type.

He's viable in UU and dare I say OU under the right circumstances.

He's a damn good tank, especially thanks to stall and a pretty good sp. def stat. However he hates fighting types which are really common and lacks easy access to recovery.

Shit tier starter (which is true of every starter after gen 2)
