Stones not used: Dusk and Dawn stones. What if they made new Eeveelutions to go with these stones?

Dusk is "Darkness Stone" in Japanese, so I think it could only be a Ghost Eevee.
Dawn is "Awakening Stone", and all that is said about it is that it shines like eyes, which sounds like a Psychic type if anything, so I dunno.

I guess it's annoying when icy/mossy rocks are only found in end game areas, but odds are gamefreak would just make leaf/ice stones late game as well.
