Nope, the current Anime is doing well in promoting the games and selling merchandise so I don't think they have any need to create another anime, and I don't see them doing anything like Origins and Generations for a full anime considering those were just created for special anniversary's, plus the fact that if they did create another anime or replace the current Anime it would still be aimed at children considering their the target audience they are aiming for to introduce them to the franchise and get them to buy the merchandise.

I was thinking Stone Edge since it seems to have gotten a larger usage in the past few years in the anime, but for a ranged attack it wouldn't really work for Lycanroc I feel. Maybe Rock Tomb or Rock Slide. Rock Slide I'd say is more liekly since Olivia's Lycanroc uses it and it looks like a bigger form of Rock Throw.

They've been doing this blatantly since May because they know the original kids from the OS days grew into teens during the AG and DP era, and then adults later on. The writers are well aware they have older fans watching the anime, that's what these are for.

Also the kids who watched DP as their first saga were teens by the time Dawn's BW2 cameo happened in 2012, so it was the same thing for them as it was to us earlier on.

Hell even pikachu got his development episode. And bet you after ash catches the last two pokemons. They're going to have development episodes before Rowlet too.

But why would they do this?

Simple, because they're saving something even bigger for Rowlet/Decidueye. By the time Ash's last pokemon gets it's development, Rowlet by then will be a very problematic dartrix. And just like rockruff's official entries from the official website, which stats

And that's literally wants happening to Ash's rockruff right now.

But for Rowlet official entries and regular Dex entries it only talks about how a capable fighter it is. And one even Rotom even goes as far as to mention about it being nocturnal. So the sleeping thing is just Rowlet being a Rowlet.

But once it evolves, the dirtyphobia comes, and it gets ash will eventually notice this. But I think the official website entries will give you a better picture.

Decidueye is going to be OP in the anime.

And when I read all the official Dex entries, Dartrix's entries are the longest. Which implies that it's a lot more serious then we my ever believe. Your probably just thinking, it's going dartrix sometimes jump out of battles and start brushing itself, but it could potentially be, ash trying to help dartrix clean up itself and dartrix retaliating by going as far as to attack ash, and the gang. or litten and steenee and the rest if the mons. And flies off to it's secret hiding place. I think they emphasized it to the point that it maybe even deadly to come cloes to dartrix in this stage.

It would really change the tone of SM anime. Just like what litten did.

And I believe that's could be Rowlets focus episode. But it only happens when it's a Dartrix. And they're saving Ash's Rowlet for that moment.

The place was filled with obsessive Misty fans, even most of the mod staff since Archaic and his friends were all Pokeshippers. You also had people ranting on the Bulbacasts how much they wanted the original trio reunited or how May had to leave for Misty to return.

I think a lot of Amourfags were born from seeing ash being cool and competent in XY and wanting him to be happy with a girl who actually liked him. Those fags are still around despite the changes from XY to SM because they spend their lives self inserting as ash especially since he looks even more like a spic this season. I am furious about the producer ruining Ash's chance with May all because of angry pokeshippers only to shove even worst and undeveloped girl on Ash 7 year later in XY series.

If they were going to give Misty spot as Ash's main love interest to someone else then it should have been May.
At least May has quality that made her worthy of Misty replacement.

However, choosing a blend girl like Serena over Misty is even bigger insult to Misty and pokeshipping.

In fact, May make far better choice as Ash's final traveling companion where she join Ash for one last series and wins the grand festival while Ash wins the league.
