Definitely getting it day 1 since I didn't have a Wii U to experience the first version. Hopefully the online scene won't be completely dead because I don't think ill be able to find anyone to play this with offline.

If u want to compare amazon pre release ranking. Fifa which will be released in the same month is at ranking 500 plus and mario odyssey (one of the highly hyped game) in oct is at rank 7674. Seeing this, pokken rank at 200 plus doesnt seem bad.

Its a combination of pokemons and different ways of fighting other then turn based. In addition, the battle mechanics are really not bad and fluid.
