Lando is more brainless to use than Chomp. Even if Chomp has the speed advantage it has allot more checks than Lando. Intimidate access can be a bitch for most opponents.

Lando has a variety of sets:
-Choice Band shits on physical attackers hard. It even has access to Explosion for an immense nuke
-Scarf maybe slightly slower, but isn't a laughing stock for Fairy types when locked into a Dragon move. Even has access to U-Turn if you predict a check on the switch in
-Flying is a better offensive typing than Dragon, so you can run Lando the same way as Chomp but replace Z-Outrage with Z-Fly

-Thanks to Intimidate, Lando can run Life Orb + Rock Polish in front of a weakened physical attacker to screw up faster opponents that haven't been called out yet.
-Lando gets Gravity and Smack Down. Which are interchangeable depending on your team.
Lando is ALLOT more flexible than Chomp, with the only flaw being slower on a non Rock Polish sets(Chomp has no speed boosting move, so it isn't that big of an issue anyway).
