I hate Mr. Mime, especially it's animation. Mimes are unsettling

It's animation is great.

I like Mr. Mime myself, but he seems especially odd since they added Mime Jr, who is more specifically clown-like somehow. Mr. Mime is a clown, but a very strange one. I feel like he needs an evolution or a mega.

Mr. Mime is so odd to me. It was clearly conceived with the mindset of creating interesting RPG enemies instead of just marketable creatures.

Yet in the game you can't encounter it in the wild and I don't even think any trainers have it.

It would have been a good late game enemy with its defensive gimmick.

I actually didn't even know it was now Fairy type until just now, that's how forgettable this poor thing is.

I always try to have one with me but it took he's to actually get one since I started with Oras and I didn't get x and y for a while.
Revealing my inner autist here: I bought soul silver purely because I could get Mr mime in it. Groudon too.
Groudon my favourite legendary in a heavy ball and Mr mime my favourite non standard pokemon in a love ball

Even though he's gen 1, I doubt even then he was much more than a token pokemon.
I personally prefer most gen 1 mons myself, but even in genwunner threads I rarely see any mention or appreciation for Mr mime. It makes me sad :c
