It's not like you have to choose one or the other, and if you're going to accept the almost certainly stale, formulaic, lazy Pokemon games you might as well do them both, especially when USUM has at least a 1% chance of having some sort of postgame content while Switch has a 0% chance.

Highly unlikely unless the man literally does not eat or sleep considering the fact that he's directed the past THREE mainline Pokemon games, and the also high chance that the Switch games started development in 2015 which would conflict with his scheduling for other projects like SM/USUM

Here's hoping that Unno or Morimoto is directing gen 8. Literally anyone else is a better choice at this point

It's the same idiots who've been demanding a Pokemon MMO or realistic open-world game for the last decade and think the only thing holding it back from that is the hardware despite the fact that the Pokemon games have been two generations behind even other contemporary handheld games since the DS.
