Why dont nintendo ban GF from pokemon series

Game freak created Pokémon But Nintendo owns Pokémon trademark.

Pokemon has 1,2,4 position in highest selling 3ds games and sells a shit ton of systems. Gamefreak probably has a small budget and huge profit margin. As a business Gamefreak is amazing developers.

He's also of the Founders of Game Freak.

Banning him from his own creation is stupidest thing ever.

Actually Pokémon is a really successful series. It's just "we" western nerds who complain about silly stuff like "GF has gotten lazy" "recolors" and stuff which has ALWAYS happened. Remember the spiked-eared Pichu? Nowadays we'd say "just my mom's pichu with a sick ear". And Rotom? "ugh, couldn't they add more pokemon rather than giving new types to this crap mon?" or something like that.
Think about this: we suck. Meanwhile, GF is making tons of money selling videogames we also buy.
