ToTT: What is your ideal comfy Pokemon town?
>>33206628
Azalea Town's my number one. Fortree, Pacifidlog, Lacunosa, and Virbank are up there though.

Castelia City is something special to me. I just love heavily urbanized areas, and Castelia definitely hits the spot. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I work in construction, which really makes you appreciate all the work that me and my fellow engineers put to create these stunning structures. I did grow up on the countryside however, so if I ever go for a stroll or a bike trip I'd rather go there rather that in a city.

Verdanturf Town always felt cozy to me.

pic related is literally the comfiest town
Ah, this picture brings me back. Back to a simpler time when I played on my swing-set without much care. Sipping on Capri sun and seeing how high up I could go. Childhood innocence is really something special, isn't it?

Olivine. Definitely Olivine.
>>33206628
what does the pic in the OP convey anyway? I never understood the point entirely. How is it exactly comfy?
>>33210591
>bunch of rude dudes hanging out in an alley, probably in Castelia
>some little ayylmao kid comes up and attempts to be friendly with flashy hand signs
>rude dudes are unsure what to think of this development
I personally like the idea that they let it into their gang and while they're tough on the Elgyem, they still look out for it.

King Arthur is a Farfetch'd.

I can't into twitter gifs, but have something cute.
Speaking of happy families...

Honestly all of the constant bitching throughout the rest of this board is making me depressed. Thankfully this thread is making me feel a lot better. Thanks guys
>>33217295
I'm pretty happy seeing this thread too, and am pretty surprised that it's still up after the latest news.
>>33207909
We can still be peaceful and lovely like that, anon

I'm always just looking for comfy in life.
Unsure if this is the equivalent of bringing up politics at the dinner table, but ive yet to play SM and was wondering how it does in the comfy department. From what Ive heard it has great music, but extensive handholding and linear routes take me out of feeling like an adventurous youth out in the world with naught but my companions to see me through. How well does this gen manage to balance it all?
>>33218171
people are constantly stopping and talking to you. not too comfy honestly.
>>33218196
Darn
>>33218171
Having to use what boils down to PokeUber instead of your own caught pokemon to travel the region is pretty uncomfy.
I love this pic. It's just so cozy. You sit in a restaurant, eating breakfast with your best pal, before heading out into the world again. Not to mention how much I love when artists incorporate illustrations into real pictures.
good morning!
>>33219705
Hey there! How's your morning so far?
>>33219801
I slept great, which is always good. What about you and your morning/afternoon/night?
>>33219847
It's been quiet, but it's nice having days like those every now and then, especially after a hard week of work.
I always found it fun to imagine what jobs would different pokemon have. There are some quite obvious ones, such as Watchhog being a construction worker, Loudred with a sound crew and so on. What pokemon would work where in your opinion?
>>33222116
Since it's related to my job, I think Ralts would be really useful in psychology related jobs, since its pokedex entry shows how empathetic is. Understanding emotions is really hard sometimes. Other psychic pokemon could work, but ralts is the "feeling" pokemon, so it's not really reading minds.
>>33222116
The most obvious one's my favorite
>>33224668
So is namie not doing USM countdown this year? I haven't heard anything about it and she seems deep into FGO. Truly the worst timeline.
At least there's environmental route based zine going on.

What zine?

Would honestly enter boutiques to hear this play.
>>33226578
I miss XY's customization, Serena had the best options out of all the 4 protags that have gotten them so far.
>>33226578
Sounds like something from Mega Man X4
Sleep tight, western hemisphere friends.
>>33206628
These things really are captivating for some reason. The very first pictures I collected as a lad were of comfy pokemon, would stare at them for ages
I'm sitting on my boring office right now, procrastinating over some really hard paperwork I have no clue how to begin...This tread helps me so much, but also makes me so sad. I'll never be able to live in this pictures while listening to this songs. The feels man..
Fresh off the presses.

Analyze to break it down.
>>33213251
Rowlet is so fucking adorable
>>33218101
What latest news?
comfy
>>33218138
No we can't anon. It's forced and fake once you realize what the world is really like. Childhood innocence is when you see the world as a beautiful place. Maturity is realizing it is hell but pretending it isn't anyways
>>33218171
Not too comfy unfortunately. Not really any exploration to be done and feels almost too much like a tourist visit. It has moments though
>>33235837
Infer read between the lines
>>33235939
Evaluate to judge.
>>33206873
Someone do an older man who only cares for the comfy of pokemon anymore a favor. I havnt played through White or Black in a coons age, and remember hating it because it felt like the franchise got this hideous, talkative reboot. But seeing this, I feel like if I played through it again with the sense of a young city lad out cruising his countryside I could really enjoy it.
Just how fucking miserable is all the yammering route to route HEY ANON WAIT UP ITS ME YOUR NPC FRIEND!
>>33226108
It drives me up a wall how much more truly Hawaiian Gen 3 is than Gen 7.
Let me ask you the age old question: Would you rather spend your vacation in the mountains or at the breach?
>>33236680
>the breach
Beaches get you all sand covered, lakes are too cold, and oceans have too many people. Mountains for sure
>>33236680
Oh man, picking between two comfy places is too hard for me. I love both the mountains and the beach for different reasons.
On one hand, I love how mountains are more secluded compared to any other place. And cottages are so super comfy, between the fireplaces, the floorboards and having a cup of tea while rugged up in a blanket. But on the other hand, beaches are where I love getting my inspiration and motivation to draw. If I want something to keep me motivated, I would go down to the beach and walk for hours while listening to the waves and watching the sunset.
But if I were to pick just one, it's probably the beach. From where I live, there's a lot of beaches, but not many mountains at all. So I guess because of that I would feel more comfortable having my vacation at the beach.
>>33236680
Mountains. I freak the fuck out at the sight of any body of water. Fucking Panic Attacks that don't stop until I can no longer see it.
>>33207206
what town is this? I can't remember
>>33206835
I think I would love it more if the town theme was different. I just don't like it that much
>>33236926
Sootopolis City, Hoenn region
>>33236981
thanks! no wonder, it's a town towards the end, I stopped at lilycove when I found out there was no battle frontier in oras, it didn't look as nice in emerald
I really hope sinnoh's remake doesn't leave out any huge spots
Darkrai is cute
>>33237159
Super cute
>>33237908
Pretty tasty comfy bread
>>33239808
im alone in the comfyness....
I love Darkrai
I tried coming up with something to say here.
I've got nothing though.
Have a chu.
Screw everything, I'm going to sleep.
Have a good day/night comfy pals. I'll be back in 8 or 9 hours. Now where did I put my Popplio plushie...
>>33241424
Sleep tight!
It's raining.
>>33218434
I agree. Quite... Surreal indeed. But altogether very pleasant.
Not quite comfy, but somewhat more energetic. This was the only one I could find with a Beedrill. I find that Pokemon conspicuously absent from most depictions other than being a fodder type of enemy. A shame really. The limitations are what draw me to this bug.
At he has a friendly Raichu as a best buddy.
>tfw no colossus Pokebuddy to ride around on
>>33211774
They're adopted. Nidoqueen are sterile. :(
>>33244772
Who said the nidoqueen and nidoking were the parents?
