We have better offensive counters than Azu this gen and also things like Toxapex. Also Chansey still eats it for breakfast and stall is crazy popular right now.

It's still very OP and very banworthy, but Smogon's leadership is at its absolute worst right now and takes no necessary actions to improve their meta.
Then again, they could've probably just given up on trying to salvage this clusterfuck. Every gen from now on will be full of broken shit.
