Cool, but stall teams without Duggy have existed and currently exist because there is a massive blanket check to every single special attacker in the game and something that very easily keeps hazards away from their side of the field.
Stall will remain viable even after Duggy's ban.

None of the Pokemon Dugtrio can now kill after getting 20 more attack were an issue to stall before. Late gen 6 Dug stall was a thing but before that it was Weavile stall and before that it was TTar stall.

Trappers are not the component that make Stall broken.

Its the meta around it that has made it broken. It has become good at trapping and removing things that exist/are relevant in SM OU that weren't before, and thus it is way more cancerous now. Kinda like how gothitelle wasn't on the radar until mega sableye became a thing. The real evil is the trapping ability and the circumstances, not the mon.
