Well, the thing is, I hope the Dream Park thing is true, I really do. I just don't think they'd use such inaccurate art (main character's shoes are different from how they look in the trailer, the arms are just terrible and Popplio's flippers are off-model)

Maybe they changed their shoes. Also Popplios may be a little bit too thick but if you look at Popplio from behind, it kind of works out. Plus they are pretty good at drawing and have a huge attention to detail and design even up to the gameboy backback on the npc in the background,

Plus some official art makes Pikachu head look like a beanbag so Gamefreak art isn't perfect, plus isn't there a new artist?
