I personally want fast physical Bug/Flying hawkmoth. I imagine its main moves would be Leech Life and Aerial Ace, not sure about abilities.

Game freak already did this, by creating the move Quiver Dance and giving it to them. (jp:butterfly dance)

They could change Shield Dust to make it better I guess. (jp: Moth Scales) But I'm happy with where they're at.

Venomoth is easily the best Quiver Dancer after Volcarona thanks to Tinted Lens + Sleep Powder

It even saw some use in World Cup I think

If it had a sligth buff in SpAtk and Spe, and Spore as a more reliable way of sleeping enemies, it would be much better in OU
