Customization for pokemon when? Something that actually lasts

I like cute female pokemon, but respecting the original design.

respect to customization, this was the closest to that idea

I really want this, I could imagine putting a top hat on a Rowlet, and a suit on him too. Or a black top hat on shiny decidueye. And more Pokemon etc. I can only hope with the new tech gamefreak's dealing with, I hope they're going to go all out.

The system could be simple, you place the accessories wherever you may wish, but only restricted to that accessories body part. I.g. hat only goes on head. Looking back to bw2 on the script 'Love and battles' your opponents smeargle had a bowtie, which was pretty cool, hoping I could do that with my pokemon as well.
I don't want Pokemon customization restricted only to that yellow rat
