I can't see Lentimas Town, even though Reversal Mountain is in pic related.

It bothers me how artificial the Unova dexes were. You don't get a rod until nat dex, at which point the water is full of foreign mons and the later half of the region contains mons outside of regional dex. It's like the regional dex was made by a lazy retard

It makes me sad to know that Route 10 and old Victory Road are programmed into the game but are blocked by a barrier or something.
I wish they at least let you explore a bit of them in the post game, even without trainers. They could've used them to add a bit more pokemons.

I do know what's wrong with B/W: too many things relied on the dream world and global link. Specifically: there's no way to get more berries, vital berries like Oran or Sitrus, except by the dream world (or a woman who sells 5 random berries per day in the post game.)

This. There's no way to get hidden abilities in BW1 anymore. There's no way to change your bottom screen or pokedex theme anymore (I still have the cool 2011 championships pikachu theme on my BW1). There's no way to get people in Join Avenue anymore. There's no way to 100% the medals anymore. There's no way to memory link yourself without two consoles anymore. There's no way to visit Unity Tower anymore.
I have the same sentiment towards Events which unlock special areas/subplots, especially in gen4, but those aren't as crucial to normal gameplay, and you can create a local distribution beacon for the wonder cards with just a spare DS anyway. In contrast, nobody has figured out how Dream World or the PGL work so there's no clones/alternatives.
It's kind of what keeps me from replaying BW1 and playing BW2 for the first time. It'll just be impossible to get the full experience™.

Actually, people can still come to your Join Avenue in single player. It's just less often. Still very possible to max it out, as I did recently

Plus you can still pass by other Gen v players too
