Not a chance for Midnight forme. 82 speed on a frail, poorly typed body is an automatic death sentence.

Even the Day has some pretty underwhelming top stats. 112 speed isn't what it used to be. Useless abilities and no moves are the real things hurting though. It has to resort to fucking Fire Fang for coverage.

If Lycanroc Midday was Rock/Normal type, had Extremespeed with STAB, Ice Fang and Strong Jaw, than yes.

Lycanroc Midnight was a flawed idea from the get-go. It's whole shtick is Counter. And that's not even special in any way. If it was Rock/Dark and had a Rock-type vaiant of Payback, Payback itself, and the ability Analytic, then it would at least have a niche. A good niche? Nah. But a niche nonetheless.
