I don't nickname my Pokémon because nicknames don't really change or contribute anything and original names are good enough for me

I usually nickname all my favorite Pokémon.

I name my Gengar, Zeitgeist

I try and name every mon I catch, I try and do something different for each but there are a handful of repeats

I like naming my pokemon something either stupid, a pun or in rare circumstances, something sentimental to me. Here's my current team:

Tankorn (Chesnaught), Freedom (Braviary), Aracnivolt (Galvantula), Aggressor (Garchomp), Teef (Gengar) and Veteran (Blastoise).

The reason I named my Blastoise veteran is because its the exact same Blastoise I've had since the GBA days with fire red and I've grown a legitimate attachment to him after so many years, so I nicknamed him "veteran" using a powersaves to circumvent the whole not being able to nickname traded pokemon shit.
