Give non-Pokemon typings and stats

I'd give Jho something like

HP: 115
Attack: 130
Defense: 85
Special Attack: 100
Special Defense: 75
Speed: 90

With the ability Ravenous Hunger, which makes it so that whenever Jho consumes a berry it's saliva lowers the targets defense and special defense by one stage and removes and Dragon type resistance or where if Jho reaches 50% HP and hasn't got a berry to eat it turns Savage, doubling damage dealt and doubling damage taken.
