This is the most credible leak by far. These games are alternate takes, whole new universes. Its not a stretch to think that in one universe its just a dream of the npc, while in an alternate universe the dream came true and he got his theme park. People have wanted a safari zone style place to return, and now that we have every ball available it makes sense to give pokemon stuck in regular pokeballs a chance to be in something else
