Things that get walled by Blissey either try to adapt to her presence or drop in usage.
Things that reliably beat Blissey go up in usage.
Stall becomes a more prevalent playstyle due to a new team member being introduced that doesn't completely overlap roles with Chansey.

It would be really good by UU standards but it would be outclassed by Clefable outside of being a good CM sweeper.

Gets walled by Heatran for days and dies of old age against Toxapex since that thing is everywhere. It would have to run a Calm Mind set or else it would be a Chansey that gets demolished by Greninja instead.
