They look like Neopets. In fact the Fire one looks ripped directly from it.

OP here. If any of you have an idea how I can improve their designs, please tell

maybe take some inspiration from tepig on how hooved starters get designed.. They should all be small enough and not have long limbs. Honestly I can't imagine how something like a moose would look as a starter..
the puffin(can't believe i actually wrote poffin..lol) could have a bit shorter legs, but otherwise i think it's fine
The fire..whatever it is supposed to be..doesn't seem to match the usual look of a starter, it is quite simplistic and lacks any telling features. Maybe you could give it a more distinct pattern and different type of eyes? What is it supposed to be anyway?
Honestly OP they just look like generic fakemons.
Spice it up at the conceptual level. These are snoozefests.

The fire starter is based on a pine marten
>>33160972
since it seems to have a distinct coloration at the base of the neck, maybe give it a flame there? or something. I still say give it different eyes
>>33161043
What kind of eyes
How about this?
>>33161235
Give the grass starter a leaf for a tail
Give the water starter a water drop on it's stomach?

Try to give them more personality. Shrink the grass one's legs way down, change the fire one's eyes so they look more sympathetic--something we can relate to (remember Pokémon's target audience.) In general, I would say make their heads larger. Add a specific defining feature for each of them. What are they based on besides the animal? What small design element can you increase or modify as they evolve? Eg: mage, knight, ninja; heel, archer, singer; etc.
New update

No. I will NEVER rate your starters.
