Mizuki comes from the Battle Royal trailer where they showed two boy trainers and two girl trainers. In English they were Sun and Elio for the boys and Moon and Selene for the girls.

Mizuki is the Japanese equivalent of Selene in the Japanese version of that trailer, so if it's Mizuki over there, it would be Selene here.
