Which set of battle mechanics are we working with? If it's gen 1, probably gen 1 OU because of how sleep worked back then. If not, probably gen 7 PU.

You're gonna have to set your rules more precisely, boy.

How do EV, IV, SpA, SpD and nature work?
How do freeze, wrap, hyper beam and sleep work?
Can gen1 OU's mons use items or do they have to be @no item and keep their original sets?

Can we cherry pick which gen 1 mons we use?
If we can, gen 1 OU is clearly stronger since it gets chansey, Zam, zapdos, slowking, dugtrio and others mons that would break PU in half if they were to somehow get unbanned there.

gen 1 evs worked like having 255 in every stat so if each gen is using their own mechanics gen 1 blows them the fuck out
hell gen 1 ou could probably handle current ou in a spot, the only real problem is a lack of coverage, specifically fighting moves
