If they don't put any new ones in US/UM then I'd suspect they won't.

Not having them in S/M made sense because they brought out a new feature they wanted to have time in the spotlight but if they don't do it now, they've relegated it to the level of contests and whatnot meaning they won't likely appear again.

Except maybe in remakes but even that's not guaranteed considering their recent history.
