Since Zygarde Cells and Cores seem to exist everywhere around the pokémon world zygarde can basically "be everywhere" when it transforms there, so I think these caves exist all over the world

Zygy is unique in that he gets to be one for X and Y but also Sun and Moon at the same time

The unexplained Terminus Cave design on Poni Island is probably gonna be expanded upon in Ultra since that's where Guzzlond and the "last" of the 100 Cells were chillin

Expanding on this, both Zygarde and Guzzlord have TONS of similarities
