I really like it, OP. Suggestions:
Remove Ferrothorn and Hydreigon in Medieval, add Tsareena and Salamence.
Remove Latios in Space, add Magnezone or Clefable instead.
War... is kind of a mess, as others pointed out. You should completely revise that one.
Maybe make some Trainer cards, I'd like to see them.

I think the champion should have their team changed up up a little. Solrock and Lunatone both suck balls, and while I don't like having a legendary on the team, I feel Lati is the worst possible choice when it has hardly anything to do with space, when there are legendaries like Deoxys, Jirachi, Solgaleo, and Lunala
