Your EV spreads make no sense. For example, let's look at your Support Kitty set.

Investing 76/128/128 in defenses is worse on both the physical and special side than 252/40/40.

Also, you aren't using natures efficiently. If we kept your janky stat spread, we could achieve the same exact stats by using a bold nature with 76/0/40/76/128/176 EVs and still have an extra 12 EV to spare.

kid, this is an rpg, not all out attacking game, if the mon is weak, then we should use EV's to fix him as much as possible, incineroar still can be max hp and atk or max speed max atk, it's your choice, but I think he's too slow for that but have good bulk and atk, this is why I tried to achieve something better than just max one and max another, hp isn't all in the calculations, in other hand slaking would be defensive wall while it's not

It isn't even just the evs, which don't achieve anything specific enough to matter. The movesets are just completely mediocre as well. Think of what you want it to accomplish and what pokemon it should be able to deal with and then go from there. It also can't really afford to go mixed without being completely outclassed. Also z-sleep talk is a waste of a z move and is extremely gimmicky

tailwind/sticky web= +2 in speed [400]

I think you should just go with the set suggested by Smogon for VGC, both Moves and EVs.
You can invest extra points in the defenses if you want to survive specific attacks that would otherwise KO you (this tool is useful for that http://www.trainertower.com/new-to-trainer-tower-attack-survival-calculator/) but otherwise your sets are really bad and you should use the standard one.

leer lowers foe's defences which means that if they are special walls they lose -2 in defences so they can be killed off by earthquake or shit, it's always good to have opponent with lowered stats

I meant that nature / EV combo wasn't optimized. You were already investing in both defense and special attack in that set, using a modest nature. But because Incineroar's base defense is higher than its base special attack, it's more efficient to use a +defense nature and then use EVs to hit the exact same stats. I did the math and you hit the same stat spread with 12 EVs to spare.

A positive nature always gives a % bonus, meaning it changes based on how high the stat you want to increase is. If you increase a higher stats you'll get more "free" points in that stat.

Look at this picture, the stats are exactly the same as your Supportive Kitty set on the top right, except with 3 more points in Special Attack, making it objectively better.
