well, yeah. when it was first introduced, i hoped it switched after the drop like parting shot did. but no, just a double -1 drop from a frail mon. i had this small hope that they'd beef the drop in sm because -2 on both would be sexy, and noble roar is already is fun to spam in doubles if you keep pyroar alive.

though, its also a z move with only a +1 defense boost, which is pitiful. why they didn't distribute the move to more mons in gen 7 is beyond me, because i too can think of a handful of mons who'd love this move.
