Yep. Nebby teleported them both out because Lillie was about to get stopped. So not only does Lillie fail at keeping track of Cosmog, she also fails at helping it out. It has to do the heavy work itself.

The only thing Lillie really does is help Cosmeom evolve and heal your team.
