In theory. In practice, it can only attempt to acquire it via Transform, but for whatever reason, when it transforms into a Pokémon that knows Crabhammer, it forgets the move entirely, and only has 3 moveslots left. If the Pokémon only knew Crabhammer to begin with, then it will be replaced with Splash.
