Not all Tyranitar run sandstorm

Most Weavile do not have Low Kick, so they would lose to Superpower unless they get enough Icicle Crash flinches.

I'd say Tyranitar wins this matchup 60% of the time, taking into account the probabilities of movesets they could run.
