Fucking this. I started lurking /vp/ around four years ago and Sage has been in development for that entire time with hardly any progress whatsoever. Meanwhile Clover, which essentially started as a half-assed joke project much later, has already achieved more than Sage can ever even dream of. In other words, Sage is the real joke here, not Clover.

Clover is just a reskinned fr/lg with memes its not as hard as making a completely new game from scratch. That being said the people at Sage don't seem to have a consistent development cycle which means they probably just work on it when they feel like.

Making a hack is easier to do than a entirely new game from the ground up. But even so, with the pace that the devs are going, I feel fucking Azurite and Pheonyx Rising are going to come out before Sage even drops the new update.
