To the best of my knowledge, International Blue is pretty much Japanese Green but with the script and sprites from Japanese Blue. Regardless, the rest of the world got Yellow as a third version. It counts.

RB doesn't matter but Red is canon because of Red and Blue's names.
GS doesn't matter but I'd say Gold because Ho-Oh has more to do with the beast trio.
RS I'd say Sapphire purely because Aqua made VERY slightly more sense (still retarded though.)
DP I'd say Diamond because controlling space seems more like what Cyrus would do.
BW White is canon because N is always with Reshiram.
XY Y is canon because making everyone immortal directly contradicts Flare's goals.
SM probably Sun because I don't know.
