Which nature is better for Silvally: Adamant or Jolly?

If you run Jolly it fails to KO most things. If you run adamant it gets outsped by lots of things.

Arceus has more flexibility since Z crystals can also change it's type. Silvally only gets them from worse items as far as I know don't even boost damage
