I like to use Garchomp with Fire Blast to break Skarm-Chansrey cores. Xurkitree has worked out for me too since it can break Chansey at max power thanks to Tail Glow. Mixed Victini and Substitute+Taunt+Shadow Ball+Sludge Bomb Gengar have done well for me too (you break Blissey because it can't hurt you, or even cripple with thunder Wa vebecause you're immune to Siesmic toss and hide behind a sub, Taunt so it can't regain health, chip away at it with sludge bombs and try to poison it).
