I'm not currently hunting anything specific, the dewpider, stunfisk, and gogoat I have in the respective daycares in moon and omega ruby are just relaxing whilst I play some HG. I'd love to come across a shiny in HG, would be amazing.

I've done a few playthroughs of FF4 while SRing legendaries, the active battles mix pretty well with SRing. Queue up your spells and attacks, look at the game and see if what you reset is shiny, and if not, reset. I've found about 4 or 5 shiny legends this way.

I know, I just wanted to get a shiny for each form. It's just a specific goal I set up for this shiny hunt(It's not the first time I've had one than one shiny of the same species).

I'm also using the nectars, since I'm only using a Timid nature Pom Pom during this one(that way I don't have to switch at the daycare).

There's also the fact that I'll be checking their Hidden Power types to determine which ones get changed to what form(I don't have many perfect IVs on either parent).

All of the games it can be shiny in are pre-Shiny Charm so you'll have to settle for full odds unfortunately. RBY on Virtual Console will guarantee you a good nature but you'll have to catch it over and over to check if it has shiny IVs. HGSS lets you Synchronize the nature but it's only a 50/50 shot. If you don't care about nature at all, go with FRLG.

Level 100 Pokemon with multiple low-power high-PP moves + lots and lots of Leppa Berries. Plus I save before every hunt and reset if the chain resets so I don't end up wasting berries on a shiny that never shows.
