I'm personally going to wait on making a team until USUM is released. Much like BW2, the Pokedex for USUM will probably be expanded, so I want to wait and see on what I can catch instead of making a team so soon.

My team will depend on whether there will be new alolan forms but if there aren't, then gonna go with things i haven't used before in SM

I'm going to use Popplio instead of Rowlet. And I'll try out new Alolan forms or Megas if there are any.

If there's nothing new, I'll try some Gen 7 I didn't use in Moon like Alolan Exeggutor, Toxapex, Mimikyu, Bewear, Araquanid, Shiinotic, Oricorio, Passimian, Golisopod, Palossand, Turtonator, or Kommo-o.

So far, my main team for my main physical copy of US is going to be Growlithe, Magnemite, and Shellder. Got 'em bred and EV trained and waiting to be Banked over for level training.

Not sure what the other 3 will be yet, nor the teams for my (minimum) other 3 copies.

My rule is exclusively new Pokemon for first games, and Pokemon with interesting abilities or typings for remakes, especially those I haven't previously been able to use during a game's single player because of availability or their useful ability being hidden or whatever.

Shin Megami Tensei: an archaic rpg for people who like shitty anime and edgemaster themes. Looks pretty good honestly. Personally I don't like games that the generic anime style used in modern eastern games. I like universal shit like pokemon where it feels like a game not an anime. Ive played SMT and the grind gets sooo boring. The characters arent memorable and the demons themselves are hit or miss. So its exactly like pokemon but with an unnecessary level of grinding required for progression and an art style that isnt my cup of tea.

Not really the type that plans my team out ahead of time. But since I don't really like any of the starters too much, I'm breeding a regular and alolan vulpix on Sun for double weather tag team shenanigans. Plus that just seems like a cool way to start a new game.

Aron and Heracross (Heracross after the second island so I won't steamroll everything) will be transferred if they aren't in the USUM dex

Primarina and Wishiwashi at least aren't too bad but Wishiwashi kind of pissed me off with the constant schooling activation
