Creation trio, I never liked them in any amount, really. They don't even feel monumental as they should be, though Giratina's reveal did a good job at that at least.

Tao Trio is probably the weakest. They're more of an ideological force and a sign of legitimacy than anything. Even Ghetsis knows their limits. Nebby Trio is probably tied, since they're basically normal mons in their home dimension, but they can travel between universes.

Above them probably Tower Duo and XYZ Trio, since those can all manipulate life to some degree (cept Lugia, but it can cause biblical storms).

Above them is Weather Trio; pretty much Lugia but they can't turn off their powers.

And Creation Trio on top. Since they literally are reality itself.

The Arceus group. I would never delete Xurkitree.

I would put Lugia and Ho-oh as low as the Tao and Nebby groups, and move XY to the same level as Groudon & Kyogre. I think Rayquaza would be just above them and then Zygarde a bit higher than that, considering its global reach. If we ever get to see the og dragon I assume it would be at about this level too.

And then, of course, the creation trio. I basically agree overall tho, wouldn't complain with your breakdown.

Creation Trio, definitely. I like them, but they're not as interesting/appealing as the Ultra Beasts and deleting them from their current position could make them fit better into the lore if they were eventually reintroduced. It feels a bit weird that God and the masters of Time/Space/Dimensions are only as powerful as Frankenstein's Monster and an Alien Cat/Bat, and whilst I prefer the lower-scale stories, going from them back to those lower scales definitely feels a bit jarring.
