Snowshrew and his evolved form Iceslash are perfectly wonderful sub-species and I love them a whole lot.

It would have been nice if that quality remained with all the other sub-species, but sadly it didn't.

He's a pretty cool guy.

Nice design, but doesn't make sense at all. Why would Sandshrew settle for snowy lands and undergo that change when there's a desert right next to the mountain Alolan Sandshrew is located in? Wouldn't it make sense for both to coexist, or for the normal Kanto form to still be the only form?
