Using the standard usage cutoff all other tiers use (3.41) only regular Blaziken, Palkia, Lando-I, Zekrom, regular Kyogre, Deoxys-D, Reshiram, regular Groudon, Deoxys-N and some of the shitty Arceus forms would be UUbers.
That's only 9 pokemon not counting the Arceus forms. And 5/9 of those have objectively better forms that get above 3.41 usage. You'd essentially be making a tier for 4 unique pokemon.

OP we've been over this before, Reshiram is worse by speed, typing, movepool. Although Reshiram has Roost going for it at least.

Sadly with Z-moves, I doubt either of them will get a chance a OU as sad as it is.

Though given how poorly Zard X and most Dragons are doing maybe smogon will realise how mediocre some of the Uber dragons really are.

I was talking about some point in the far away future, when there are over 1200+ pokemon and we start reaching levels of brokeness that are unheard of even by today's standards, with a variety of mons distinctively too good for future OU but too shit for the monsters in future ubers, that will reach or surpass megafug. A limbo like BL. If nowadays such a tier would consist of already 4 pokemon, I'd assume in 6 or 7 more gens we'll have around 6 times that number, enough for its own tier.

Assuming the franchise just cannot die even if it tries, this moment will come one day, and I'll be waiting. Maybe it's smogon the one that one exist by that point, who knows.
